Company Name: HydroJet Drain Care

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by HydroJet Drain Care ("we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling, requesting, or accepting our services, you ("Client," "Customer," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

HydroJet Drain Care specializes in residential, commercial, and industrial drainage services, including but not limited to:

Drain unblocking

High-pressure water jetting

CCTV drain inspections

Drain repairs and maintenance

Emergency call-out services

Services are provided based on availability and location and may vary over time.

Scheduling and Access

Clients must provide accurate information when scheduling a service. It is your responsibility to ensure safe and unobstructed access to the worksite, including access to water and power where needed.

Missed appointments or inaccessible work areas may result in cancellation fees.

Emergency Call-Outs

Emergency services are available subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We aim to respond quickly but cannot guarantee response times due to external factors.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing will be provided upfront or estimated before the job begins. Final pricing may vary based on unforeseen circumstances or additional work required.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as communicated.

Late payments may incur interest or collection charges as allowed by law.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge.

Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically only in cases of clear service failure or error. Satisfaction concerns should be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Incidents beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather)

Warranties on work, if any, will be specified in writing at the time of service.
